Following the digital upgrading trend of smart meters, Xinnoa has fully renewed its segmented LCD series for metering applications. Standard display modules are developed for smart water meters, electric meters, gas meters and heat meters, with customisation available to deliver complete, mature display solutions for meter manufacturers.

The new metering lineup includes four standard sub-series: multi-rate segmented LCDs for electric meters, cumulative flow displays for water meters, valve control & alarm screens for gas meters, and temperature-pressure composite parameter screens for heat meters. Predefined standard segment layouts and dedicated icons (power, residual flow, valve fault, low-voltage alarm etc.) are integrated, enabling direct replacement without redesign.

Optimised for long-term outdoor installation, these modules adopt wide-temperature LCD, UV-resistant polarisers and fully sealed waterproof structure. Designed for ultra-low power consumption with 8–15 years service life, static power consumption ≤2μA, ideal for built-in lithium batteries in meters. Custom LOGO and operator marks are supported for differentiated products.

Dedicated flexible production lines serve bulk meter orders with a monthly capacity of 150,000 pcs, supporting stable mass supply at 100k level. Backlights, driver boards and wiring harnesses are available as a full package to cut procurement and integration costs.
